« Our host was very welcoming. He called while we were traveling to let us know our apartment was ready. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and amenities but not to close to the busy village. I would stay here again and would strongly recommend it to others. »

« This property is misleading. It was dirty. Outdated. It was like walking in Grandma's old house. It was musky smelling. Whoever is doing the repairs and painting is not qualified or either cheapest the owner can find. We picked up a total of 7 dead roaches. There is roach debris on the counter and stove. There was rat poop on the stove. The AC took about 30 minutes to come on and makes a loud noise. The AC vents was very dusty and not clean. When checking in, the property manager was helpful in...

« Loved this place! Stayed here for a nearly-month-long business trip. Excellent location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. My wife and daughter came to visit and thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to downtown businesses and barrier Islands. High-end furnishings and linens helped me feel welcome and comfortable. Impeccably clean and the host was easy to work with. I actually extended my stay! Would definitely book again. »

« It was such a treat staying at this location, which was accurately reflected in the listing. The host was friendly and was very responsive in her communucation. Her dog was gentle with my little dog. Also, my husband and I loved staying so close to the marshland. « The apartment was as pictured, nicely decorated and fit our needs. That said, cleanliness is the most important feature we look for, and this property fell short of our standards. There was a used wash rag in the shower, hair left behind and the floors were not clean. The exterior of the property is not well kept but we only needed a place to sleep so that was not a big deal. This place has potential, but needs a little more attention to detail on cleaning. »
