« Unfortunately, our experience was poor. The hot tub did not heat up at all. We asked the property manager team to please send someone over to fix the issue from day one but all they kept doing is for us to fix their issue. We wasted a few hrs trying to fix the issue with no results, so we were not able to enjoy what we paid for. The gas grill was unusable due to the fact that has not been cleaned in like six months. « We were very happy with the large fence property. Enough room to park trucks towing boats and turn around on the property. Safe rural neighborhood. There is a well furnished, covered patio but we didn't have time to enjoy it. All of the amenities are up to date. It was nicer than we expected. I plan to stay there again and stay longer. I stayed in contact with the manager via messages through VRBO. We had no problems. »

« This house is beautiful inside and out. The interior was very clean upon our arrival and more spacious than expected. We had plenty of room even with the 14 of us! Yasmin was super responsive to any questions I had and resolved issues very quickly. The pool and back yard area was lovely! We really enjoyed the outdoor areas! « Everything about this house was amazing and comfortable from the neighborhood, easy walk to the clubhouse, having your own pool and Jacuzzi, and just the luxury of being in your own space where everything is right at hand for you. The location was excellent as it was close to the airport or downtown Fort Myers. and not a long drive to get to Naples.
