« Communication with Faith was excellent and she was very helpful with all aspects of the rental and answered all questions. The house was very clean and was set up like a high end hotel. The pool was clean and great to swim in. The jet ski rentals were the star of the trip and were so much fun! What a beautiful house and lake! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to family and friends! »

« The property was very clean inside and out. It was lovely to sit out on the deck at night as there always seemed to have a breeze. A beautiful tree in the back was very shady.The inside kitchen is lovely and big and had all we needed. We REALLY enjoyed this home and would go back in a heartbeat. »

« I stayed for a whole weekend with a friend at this property and we had a very pleasant experience there. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and meticulously organized. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is very convenient, you can enjoy a relaxing lake view and visit one of the most spectacular beaches of Florida: Sanibel and Captiva Beach. « Close to JetBlue Park and RSW. Nice layout. Not the cleanest, and things need to be fixed (holes on back of door, scrapes on floor, poor paint job, blinds on slider don't work, the wifi stopped working so no TV either). Would be nice to have comfortable seating in yard. Not great for seniors - no grab bars in shower. Neighborhood isn't very pretty, and not a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. »

« Had two families, with children ranging between eight and 14 years old. The bedrooms were perfect for two families, both sets of adults each had a king bed, the boys got a room with twin beds, and the girls slept on the bunks and trundle in the Florida room. The rope off the dock to swing into the lake provided hours of entertainment. House was well stocked, clean, check-in was super easy and Nicole was fabulously responsive! »
