« Good size bedrooms and living area which allows for bigger families or easily two or three small families. Big table for outside dining with backyard that was great for our dog. »

« Poor ventilation, had a bad smell. First night, a neighbouring unit were very loud all night to about 5am. »

« Property was beautifully presented and very modern. The only problem was there was a scheduled power outage for the whole town of Ledge Point and surrounding areas for Sunday 17 Nov from 7.30am to 4.30pm and it came.on at 5pm. We were nit advised of this. Other Villas knew and were given a night free if they wanted to stay. Our family rented 3 villas and I was the only one who stayed the 3rd night. Other than that the property was anazing. Thanks. »

« Julie and Mike were welcoming and contactable from the get go and checking in was a breeze. Lovely appointed home with a breach side holiday feel and an amazing outdoor pool area. Close to the Mindari Marina, patrolled beaches and coast line walking trails. Absolutely loved our stay!! »

« We had an excellent weekend away at the chic coastal home. This place has everything! Plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 toilets is always a plus. House had everything we needed and its only a 2 minute walk to the beach or even less if you wanna drive on in a 4WD which we did. House was clean, bedding comfy and host very helpful too. Will def stay again in the future! »

« This is a really lovely, quiet, well set up place for a family to stay. 3 star with a 5 star view describes it perfectly. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are absolutely fine (shower is amazing!!) and the beds are decent. The lino is so old it billows up like a jumping pillow when the wind blows, but that's all part of the charm! Location is sensational and the general store down the road is brilliant. We would come again for sure. Only minor reservations: it does feel pretty dusty and sandy...
