« This was my family’s first time to stay in Athens and at this wonderful house. Everything was nice, clean, spacious, peaceful and comfortable. It was so relaxing and refreshing and convenient to everything while being off on a very quiet dead end road. Sydney was a great hostess and we were pleasantly surprised to have some unexpected snacks waiting for us. Very nice touch! We wil definitely stay here there next time we come to Athens! »

« Great house! Dock is AWESOME and such easy access from the house. The boat closet is well stocked with floaties and chairs. »

« What a fantastic place. We loved it here and extended our stay for almost 2 weeks. Nothing but the sound of nature with the cicadas. Great deck area and modern upstairs cabin. Access is by stairs and you can wander down to the river if you walk around the side of the property. Aircon and wifi was perfect, Netflix etc was great. Very little boat traffic on the river so super quiet and private. Absolutely loved it here and would return in a heartbeat when I get back to Alabama. Thankyou! »

« My husband and I spent 3 nights here for our anniversary and enjoyed every second of it. It is very peaceful, the property is gorgeous and Laurie was super friendly! »

« This modern, stylish home provided individual spaces for multiple families while offering shared eating and gathering space. We really appreciated the board games and small touches throughout the house. The house was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and linens. If we are in town, we would gladly stay here again. »

« what a treat to be able to stay in a historic built house back in the 1800s. The house had tons of character, the host provided all the essentials, the process of getting into the house was clear cut and easy. We love the neighborhood lots of people out walking and we did as well. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. »

« The place was great!! Very spacious!! Plenty of room for our group of 11people!! The upstairs was a plus separating the kids from the adults as far as watching tv and they loved the air hockey game!! ( even though it was on it’s last leg 😂). Will definitely stay her again!! »
