« Unit was not clean. Dirty unmade beds, trash was not taken out, dirty linens in the bathroom, sink had dirty dishes in it. Parking is horrible and the place has had a very poor quality remodel. No washer or dryer in unit or on the property. »

« Not pet friendly more like pet weird they charge you a fee to bring your dog then want you to put down blankets on couch and bed if you allow your dogs on furniture?? The towels said for human body only and had rags for dogs 😞 it's also not in the back of this property it's right in the guys back yard so no privacy like we wanted and thought we paid for cleaned up after my dog still don't know why we had to pay a pet fee for a pet friendly spot that was not per friendly at all »

« Very clean nice place to stay »

« This was our first experience with VRBO. This is a great location! It backs up to the National Forest and was very quiet, clean and close to downtown Payson. It’s small, but fine for our needs. The host house is immediately next door to the VRBO. We met the owners and they were very pleasant and provided information about Payson. The Fire TV was unfamiliar, and we would've preferred a TV with local station for the few times we used it. A new window air conditioner was installed (12,000 BTU)....

« Great place, room was spotless when I got there, would recommend for sure! Host was super helpful with any questions I had and nice and quiet place. Only downside I’d say was the smell of the water there but it wasn’t terrible. But I’d definitely stay there again. »
