« There isnt a hot tub, there is a jetted tub in the bathroom. Also there are squirrels or something running in the attic. But other than that, its very spacious, comfy beds and couches, and a great view but its across the street from the lake so I am not sure if that counts as lakefront. »

« This place is good for the price. You can sleep, get cleaned up, cook a real meal, and do laundry very well. We were a little uneasy about the parking situation at first, but if all else fails, there is street parking not too far away. « I needed a quiet, clean, cozy place to stay near the lake. This absolutely fit the bill. Easy to get to, easy to enter, immaculate, comfortable bed and furnishings, very quiet. I will return when I’m in the area. »

« Place is goodabout the expectation. Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. « Pet friendly. Very close the Letchworth State Park, “Grand Canyon of the East”. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Lumber Yard restaurant, 2 miles away. Great weekend getaway. »

« We had a difficult time finding a property to rent that would work for a family with someone in a wheelchair and a 50lb dog. The hosts could not have been more accommodating in making sure this would work for us. They made multiple trips to measure doors and allowed us to ship a transport wheelchair to the property. We were very comfortable and grateful for the top notch communication and service prior to our arrival and during our stay. »
