« Great stay in Lubbock for four friends in for the game. Pics are spot on, new construction neighborhood, garage parking, the house is well stocked with amenities and appliances. Great communication with the owner and was allowed to check in early. 5star stay all the way. I’ll stay here again next time. »

« We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. »

« What a great house! Well equipped, clean throughout, newly remodeled. The view of the Lake is amazing... Hard to believe this view is so close to Lubbock. Really Beautiful!!! »

« We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table. »

« Very clean, like a mini apartment. Full size fridge and four burner stove. Bed was comfy. Perfect overnight stay. Owner communicated excellent thru the rental period. Would stay again. »
