« The apartment was difficult to find. The address was straightforward, but finding the correct building and apartment number was a challenge. We had to walk quite a ways from the parking lot including stairs. It would have been helpful if this was disclosed in the posting. The apartment itself was decent, but could use some minor repairs, like caulking the tub. « They had just don't work for this property and when we got there, just a few more things needed to be in place. ANYTHING we asked they were there to answer! ANYTHING missing, they were there to provide. SUPER NICE hosts, quiet and clean location and the apartment was beautiful. She has long term tenants and they were so friendly. Less than a 15 minute walk to downtown and UOI. I do hope to stay with Bekah and Matt again! Just 10* all the way!! »

« What a great location for us to stay for the weekend! It’s only about a 5 minute drive to U of I campus where my daughter will be an incoming freshman this fall. The flat is very small and probably better suited to a couple of people. It was a bit of a tight squeeze with 3 of us in the apartment, but we made it work. The property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend Fried Egg Flat if you’re in town for a quick weekend. We would definitely stay again! »

« I am writing this on behalf of my 20 year old son who spent a long weekend in Colfax with a friend photographing the area. The owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with before the trip. My son said he actually did not meet her in person while there but it was very easy to check in, they had everything they needed including a toothbrush and toothpaste (he forgot his at home). He said the property was definitely family friendly and the neighbourhood was very “interesting”. »

« Clean, great communication, has all the needed amenities. Walking distance to university of Idaho and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear all your neighbors. Use the ear plugs and noise machine provided. It would be awesome if the property added another mirror above the kitchen sink as it’s difficult to use the one in the bathroom with the toilet in front of it. Minor inconveniences but will definitely stay here again. »
