« Great location for anyone visiting Manitou Springs. Being right in the thick of all of the shops, and having a guaranteed parking space is huge for big weekends. The space itself is really unique, being a loft in what was most likely a business at one point in time. Everything was as presented in the ad and in good shape. « Lovely, cozy apartment above a coffee shop in perfect location for enjoying Salida. Enjoyed cocktails on the patio, cooked at home a few times, and close to lots of hiking and bike rides. So nice to bring our dog too.Thank you so much! Loved our stay. »

« While this rental has a lot of charm, the two drawbacks were the 1.) super creaky floors and 2.) the thin walls. One guest was sleeping on the top floor and reported hearing the guest on the main floor flossing their teeth. Most guests slept with ear plugs. Additionally, the expectations for guests to clean up (start towels in laundry, state the dishwasher, take out the trash, etc.) PLUS the charged clean up fee gets old after awhile. « Beautiful townhome within a five minute walk to downtown Salida. Overlooks the Arkansas River and our mini schnauzer loved to sit out on the upper deck and people watch as folks strolled along the river trail. We’ve stayed here before and will definitely do so again! »
