« Super cute, modern condo in the perfect downtown Salida downtown. The condo was great for my daughter and I. It is right next to the Boat House restaurant and walkable to everything which is what we were after. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be well equipped. There was a little noise from people outside in the evening which may be an issue for some so this might not be the right location for everyone. I appreciated the updated styling of the room and it was nice and bright. »

« Three small suggestions on an excellent rating: add a large shelf system in the bathroom to provide room for two person’s toiletries, extra towels. The towel rack over the toilet can then be used for wet towels. Also add a second luggage rack. Also put LED bulbs in the closet for improved visibility. »

« this is a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Manitou Springs. Excellent location for shopping, restaurants, etc. But it's still very quiet. The apartment is in an interesting old building, but has been refurbed to be modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend and definitely would stay here again. »
