The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. « Upon checking there was a notification that there was a minute amount of iron on the water occasionally. Unfortunately it was all the time and it was disgusting. We couldn't use the water for cooking or drinking. There was a waterfiltering picture but it was cracked and leaked water. The chair in the living room was broken so only a 3 seater couch so two people had nowhere to sit. I had to reset the router multiple times for wifi due to no phone service at the location.
