« This property was exactly as described and was perfect for our family! It was close enough to the town and all the things we wanted to do but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The host checked on us and was very responsive when needed but really left us to do our thing. The house had modern amenities while still having all of the charm of a century home. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Perfect home for our family of 14 celebrating my mom’s 80th! Spacious kitchen with two dishwashers, great pool area, and plenty of room to gather. Loved the sunsets, outdoor amenities, and convenient location. Hosts were wonderful and responsive—highly recommend! »

« This a beautiful modernized Civil War house that just seems to keep going. Tons of room and the place is very well-kept and welcoming. The backyard is spacious with comfortable accommodations (plus parking) and you're right downtown in walk-around Gettysburg. Perfect for a weekend stay, or longer. »

« Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. « This house was a fabulous fit for 3 couples to stay! The house is also way cozier than the pictures show! There were fresh baked pastries waiting for us! Ice in the freezer, stocked coffee bar, and plenty of all the essentials! We were just a block or so from Gettysburg town square where there were shops and restaurants! 2 free parking spots right out our steps! Prompt response every time from our hosts! « This property is a 10 Star I have been going to Berkley Springs for 20 years and it is the Best accommodation I have stayed in The house has been meticulously restored with beautiful furnishings and art work It is within walking distance of all Spas and restaurants .The host couldn’t be more accommodating We will be back! »

« Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well. »
