« The room we stayed in was not the room in the pictures on the listing. The building has a chemical smell to it and the apartment where we stayed was not clean. The host was not very responsive as I messaged her 3 times, called once and texted once about verifying our reservation and when we checked in, I again messaged her 3 times and texted her about needing shampoo and conditioner and also asked why the room was different then the room in the listing. « Place was decently furnished, however, during cold weather, the property has poor insulation such that the thermostat had to be turned to 76 all the time, but it was STILL 64 in the kitchen. Also, the property managers are extremely slow to respond to cleaning snow/ice off property walkways (even including at the property entrance) which led to very unsafe ice accumulation and potential fall risks.
