« Located within walking distance of several grocery stores and very good eating establishments. Perfect size for our group, very safe and we were not bothered by any noise. Very quiet, clean, easy access location. We would stay again! »

« This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out. »

« We stayed at this property for a month. We think probably it would be a better place for shorter overnight/1-2 night stays. The kitchen is very well equipped but it is very small making cooking hard. The property could do with a big update as the appliances are very old. I was nervous using the oven due to its age.
