« This is a terrific condo -- nice layout; well equipped; within 3 minute drive of the Convention Center and a lot of great restaurants, etc. Very quiet unit even though there is a unit above. In addition, Kathryn could not have been nicer or easier to book with. We all agreed that we'd love to stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh and can highly recommend the Eclectic Urban Retreat to others!! »

« My husband and I had such a wonderful 3-day stay over the New Years holiday. The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. « This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out. »
