« Morton & Furbish reps were available, helpful, accommodating. Rock Pond 83 was a great unit--perfect layout for oldsters (main floor BR) and college age crew with friends (lower floor). We loved the wood-burning fireplace, the view, and the well-equipped kitchen. It took us a day to figure out the trail(s) for ski in/ski out access (duh), but even before we completely had the lay of the land we wished we were staying longer. Great rental, fully recommend. »

« Great location near the mountain. Well stocked kitchen, relaxing livingroom, and comfortable bedrooms. We were there for a family event and it was nice to all fit into one condo. We also drove to a nature trail and hiked to a beautiful waterfall nearby. »

« Terrific location and great layout with everything on one floor. Details should more clearly state no washer and dryer option. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, way too soft and lumpy pillows. »

« We had a ringside seat to the fireworks show. The ski in ski out was incredibly convenient. You guys took care of the tv remote issue quickly and with a smile. Only minor issue would be the small coffee maker should be replaced. The start button does not work properly. We will return. »

« 8 of us enjoyed this perfectly situated condo! We skied in/out and hosted and had a great time with local family and other friends renting near by. The condo was perfect for out group of 6 adults and 2 children.It was clean and well equipped. The check in and out was super easy and all my texts with M&F were answered quickly and by a human. The skiing was great and we really could not have asked for more!The kids did not want to leave and neither did we! Will come back again for sure! »

« ample space, perfect ski in/out location. our family of six had tons of room. only negative is the septic smell outside the condo building (noticed it at other condos we have rented). not enough to deter us but worthy of mentioning. »

« Ski in/out was great! Perfect place to enjoy a family vacation. Love this mountain and I would definitely stay at this family home again! The best for me was the never ending fabulous fire wood to make me a firemaster! Don't forget to open the flu... »

« Upon arrival with my wife about 8:30 pm the provided entry code was incorrect so could not unlock door. No cell service so could not call local help number (or 877 number from reservation) posted on the wall near the unit. Thinking we could login to the provided network name and password and then use WiFi calling BUT NO. Didn’t work either. Now we are thinking we got scammed. The unit is conveniently in the same building as the very good Trufulio’s restaurant. Inquiring there we were lucky...

« This condo was perfect for our family of four to stay for an extended weekend! The only issue I ran into was the lack of a pot large enough for cooking spaghetti as well as no colander. The door to the locker room below was unlocked when we arrived, which we did not discover until returning from skiing the next day. Everything else was wonderful, especially the view! »

« The condo is ideally situated for perfect ski fun! It was very clean and had everything you need to make the stay comfortable. There were even thoughtful extras like games for the evenings. Beautiful area!! Friendly people!! The hot water system takes some getting used to but that is manageable. »
