« The cottage is absolutely adorable! Perfect for our little Mount Airy/ Mayberry getaway! The cottage is just around the corner from Wally's Station & the Squad car tours. The town is a short distance away. We walked to downtown easily. (ages 62). The cottage has so much character and charm. The home is fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was no water, no snacks and less than a handful of very light Keurig coffee. « Do not bring big a large 17 foot bass boat with your truck! There is no room to turn your boat around and to park your boat trailor. There is a sand bar close to the dock which made it almost impossible to get the boat to the dock. The drive way is shared with the property next to the bungalow which is very close.
