« We love to visit NP lodges and Lake McDonald lodge did not disappoint. The staff from check-in to check-out were friendly, very helpful and always listening for ways to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We ate onsite at the Fireside Dining Room and Lucke's Lounge--food cooked to our request, service consistent, and prices reasonable considering location. The lobby is inviting with the beautiful lantern lights, the fireplace with etched stone and a variety of comfortable seating. And...

« The house was amazing, the Road construction In front wasn’t… so loud, so confusing, super dirty and we were working while we stayed here, so we were late a lot.There is no grill, even tho is says there’s one, and no functioning hot tub, it was still in the box when we got there.Those are two things I usually won’t choose a rental if they don’t have them.The kitchen was well appointed. And gorgeous, the house was beautiful, but no screens on any windows except the doors… so sleeping was stuffy....

« The host did not include in the listing that he and his guests would be on the property during our entire stay, meaning we did not have the entire property, as the listing implied. In fact, not only was the owner there, but there were numerous other people coming and going throughout our stay. The microwave in one kitchen was nearly unusable, requiring the door to be jiggled around to be able to able to use it. »

« The property is a gem, ample bedrooms with comfortable beds and private TVs and Mountain views in most. Serene view that greets you each day, with plenty of privacy.We spent a week here with 8 adults and 2 kids, enjoying everything the property has from the milkshakes to the barrel sauna.Amenities galore - stadium seated movie theater, game room with basketball, shuffleboard, foosball and arcade games.
