« Clean and nice people »

« Everything was good overall, but there are some issues to note: 1. The real estate management is unfriendly. 2. The property keys were problematic: we had one functioning key for the parking gate and one for downstairs, but the swipe key and room key didn't work. Attempts to contact management were unsuccessful. 3. The bed sheets were dirty,sofa bed and the bed cover had a stain that required washing. I would rate the property cleaning 2 stars, communication 0 stars, but for a place to stay...

« The Pool House was a lovely place to stay and truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, and we especially loved having our own private pool on the property. Jan was very responsive to all of our questions, and we would highly recommend the Pool House to any couple looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. »

« Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were spider webs everywhere, even inside the apartment, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Because of these issues, we decided to leave the apartment before our due check-out date. Overall, the accommodation was not worth the money paid, and we would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are...

« Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs. »

« Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and Nelson Bay is a quick drive away if you need to eat out. The beach was wonderful for young kids and never crowded during our stay. The hous itself is immacculate and well maintained and havig readily available internet and air conditioning meant we were able to relax after a hot day of sswimming. Would definitely stay here again and Glenyss was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and informative with her communication. »

« An excellent location very close to some nice wineries. Some you can walk to; others being a very short drive. You are very close to Pokolbin and a short drive into Cessnock.Property was well presented and Kelly was an excellent host. She is very knowledgeable of the area and will happily answer any questions you may have.Light breakfast of fruit and toast was provided. There are coffee pods, and tea. »
