« Heather was very helpful in our booking and also our check in which was a bit later than expected flying into Cairns and car pick up delays. All lights and fans had been put on to see where we were going. A roomy house for 9 of us, 2 grandparents, two adults and their 5 children 7-17 were accommodated. The house is roomy and was well equipped as far as all crockery, glassware and cooking and kitchen needs. Nice quiet gated community with private access across the Rd onto Five Mile Beach....

As a couple we didn’t really need a 2bd apt but were glad to have the extra space as the main bedroom robe area was small (owner had locked cupboard space) and awkwardly positioned in front of the ensuite entrance. The main bedroom was average in size, but felt larger due to the open hatch above the bed but the bed size was too small & the mattress quite hard. So we struggled to get a decent night's sleep. « After some initial problems getting in and a few little issues, I have to say the management company was incredibly responsive and friendly. Everything was resolved. The house was utterly perfect for us as we were two families. There is a completely separate area for the three bedrooms with the master and ensuite on the other side of the lounge. The house is in a fantastic residential area. Yes it was a bit of a pain the fact that we had to drive into Port Douglas but it's only 10 minutes and...
