« This rental has been neglected. It is battered and filthy. The kitchen had leftover food in the pantry with evidence of mice. The counters had stuck on food and the sink was in need of scrubbing. Bathrooms were in need of deep cleaning. One sink pedestal appeared to have vomit on it. The carpets in the bedrooms were gross. The couch was a broken down dirty mess.
