« The communication with Avantstay was terrible. They didn’t send the access code until we got there and had to call them, which was a very long wait with the answering machine. The access is terrible. We carried large luggage because of the ski gear, and we had to carry them around for more than two blocks, and then there was no elevator. The sofa that turned into bed had a very poor mattress and the person who had to sleep there at a terrible night. They said the place was 6 min away from the...
