« My week long stay was amazing. I was in town for a funeral, and this house was exactly what we needed. Friends and family were able to come visit. We even accidentally left an air mattress behind, and the owner was more than accommodating for my son to pick it up after our check out date and time. 100% recommend this home! »

« This is BY FAR, the best place to stay! Brad is more than accommodating, and was on the spot for a weary traveler that couldn't access the code! The house is beautiful, and fit every need we had. The location seems to be pretty close to everything, and we will definitely stay here every time we come back to Sioux City! A definite MUST STAY!!!!! »

« As my title says.... the pictures dont do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil a guy could ask for. The bed is quality. The only thing that I believe is missing, is a couch. There is a chair and a loveseat.It would be nice to lay on a couch and watch TV. »
