"Les chambres sont petites mais rénovées avec goût. Petit déjeuner simple . C’est parfait pour une étape d’un jour. Par contre, les extérieurs sont bétonnés et pas très beaux."

"It's not as it seems on the pictures and a lot things are disappointing... *CONSTRUCTION -- the area is still under construction. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. Even 1 person cannot have a shower with hot water. *FLOOR HEATER NOT WORKING -- floor heater is locked to 65 (18°C). When it's winter in Colorado and freezing outdoor, you need higher temperature, especially with a floor heater that is not as efficient as a real heater. Split is for the top floor only. *NO BREAKFAST -- it says ''delicious breakfast included''. That is not true. You have 6 eggs and granola in your fridge. And a kitchen. So you can make an omelet but that's it. There is no full breakfast available. *DIRT ROAD ACCESS -- road is not paved to access the property. That is OK with an SUV and no rain. I think you may damage your car if you don't have a SUV. On the good points : bed was extremely comfortable and the idea of this property is nice. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place (at least until they are fully open and have fixed those issues). Last point, they say ''text us if you need something''. But there is no phone service... so you cannot text anyone !!"

"Belle chambre avec vue sur jardin. L’ensemble est proche de la rivière pour se ballader. La réception a des horaires limités mais toutesles instructions sont envoyées par mail et c’est très clair. Café à disposition dans le lobby"

"Cet hôtel n'est pas comme les autres car l'accueil y est vraiment top. Nous avons été accueillis comme si nous étions en chambre d'hôtes. Nous avons eu toutes les explications nécessaires, des cookies et popcorn maison, vraiment un accueil aux petits soins. Les chambres ne sont pas très modernes mais confort et avec le nécessaire."
