« This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again. »

« Chadwell & Carissa have a fantastic home with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Their communication from booking to departure was top notch and they made booking with them a breeze. We felt like we were borrowing a friend's house rather than booking a rental! If you need more space, rent their Luna Lodge next door. Our friends were staying there (suprise to both of us!) and it's equally lovely. »

« Our family enjoyed this home and the community amenities. We used the pool daily and had it all to ourselves. We also hung out in the backyard daily and enjoyed the water feature. The house was well stocked with cookware. My two year old and I used the pullout and found it comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The house is in a perfect location to go to Palisade to the fruit/ vegetable stands and for dinner. It was a great place for us to stay while in town. »

« We stayed for a week at this house on a bike tour with 10 people (seniors). There was plenty of room for us all to hang out, eat, and relax. The outdoor space was huge. The outside table was was perfect for breakfast and the pergola great for the evening. A big garage worked great for storing our bikes. And the location was very convenient for our rides. Sara was very responsive and easy to work with. »

« 100% satisfied with our stay with 12 people, Adults had nice separation from kids. The views are amazing from every angle, tons of windows and on top of the mountain, location is perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge visits or if you want to watch the bears wondering around. ( I think we saw a bear everyday (out in the woods, on the streets or just wondering around the mountains.). The lower level entertainment with Hotub and views is super relaxing.
