« I cannot say enough good things about this place. It had everything and was perfect for our team. Hosts were fantastic. Oh, and there’s a hidden bonus. »

« Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce. »

« Excellent property! Game room was great. Living room had enough room for all of us. We thought that not having a dining room table would be an issue but the island worked great and we would rather have that than a table! »

« We absolutely loved this little cabin style home! It was the perfect fit for our weekend getaway with friends. There is a really beautiful back yard, we saw deer wander through one morning, and the area was really quiet and peaceful.There are three bedrooms, each with very comfortable mattresses. (Two rooms had a queen bed in each and one room had a king size bed)We appreciated the open area to gather in during our stay. The kitchen/living room open space was nice to hang out in. « Everything about this property was perfect for our annual girls trip - and everyone is already asking when we will return! Spent both nights enjoying the views and a fire, the pool/hot tub, and got competitive in a few rounds of pickle ball and ping pong. Thanks for hosting us! »

« Absolutely a great place to stay. Host was great, let us us check in a little earlier, and check out a little later. We were here for a wedding nearby. There was a beautiful porch with comfy chairs overlooking a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Not one complaint or concern here! »

« Such a neat property!! In between 2 bodies of water there are very few places for a dog to get lost! They had a blast exploring the grounds, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking. It had everything I expected and more. We'll be back!!! »

Clear directions on literally everything to do with the property. If we are ever in Dyersville for another Field of Dreams Tournament, this will be the only property we would want to stay at. « Perfect for us. Cozy, clean, and comfortable.We enjoy coffee and tea in the morning in the four season room. We didn't need for anything. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable host. Excellent location. We enjoyed walks and loved watching the barges go by. We will stay again when in the area. »
