« We had a lovely time in this charming and cozy converted barn ten minutes from Longwood Gardens. No complaints. »

« I appreciate that the VRBO hostess provided a 13x9 dish for baking and a roaster pan upon request! The hostess was also gracious in provding a Christmas tree and decorations upon request. The VRBO was nicely appointed but located in a very noisy neighborhood right next to the main drive through town/extremely noisy, house is very drafty/chilly and one restroom on 2nd floor was a problem for members of our party that struggle with stairs. I don't feel like I had all this information at the time...

« They need a notebook with instructions. It was either freezing or a sauna. No information on what thermostat controls which rooms. Also not very clean. Several water bottle lids on the floor in the living room. »

« Interactions with the host were pleasant. Love the neighborhood and the vicinity to Italian Market, great restaurants and 4th St vintage shops. The apartment itself is fine, especially if you only intend to use the bedroom on the top floor. One of us who used the bedroom in the basement did not sleep well both nights due to a noisy HVAC system that is directly beside the bed. Maybe the closet housing the HVAC system could be insulated somehow? Upon our departure, dirty, moldy dishes were...

Host left goodies for us in the room which were very thoughtful and yummy! Location was close to so much shopping, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Longwood Gardens. « In Philly to see family for Thanksgiving and to Go to the Eagles game. Had a very nice stay. Good location. The house was in immaculate condition. Hot tub was a nice addition. Place was as depicted in pictures. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back when in town to visit family. »
