« If you're looking for a ghetto-hood type stay you're in the right place. If you have low expectations, this is the place for you.
1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs.
2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did.
3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. The ventilation is ridiculous.
4.Its on a busy/heavily traffic street...SEPTA has a bus stop directly in front...

« We absolutely loved this charming property! It was a fantastic location, close to all the historical sites we came to see and 5 min walk from the riverwalk and few tasty restaurants. I stayed here with my wife, son and my parents. My parents talked about how much they loved it every single day. »

« Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again! »
