« We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. I would definitely recommend this home and I hope it's available again when we return for the next steps at FSU. »

« The large open space and layout of the home was just as seen on the site. Plenty of space, lots of parking, and beautiful location. Our group had an amazing time. We were not very successful at fishing but we swam, tubed, went on boat rides, rode the wave runners, kayaked, fished, grilled, and sunbathed. Looked as if lots of others in the area enjoyed our love of water sports and the good fishing spots were just up the creek mouth where the houses stop. We have no complaints at all. Awesome...

« The house is lovely! The pictures are 100% accurate. And I loved that it is on the end lot with a very spacious yard. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. The Spanish moss in the trees is gorgeous and there are SO many dragonflies! I would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed our time at the house, catch & release fishing on the dock, watching the (small) alligators that did not bother us, exploring the area, going to Seminole State Park, a quick trip to spend the day at Florida...

« Our family Stayed here for our daughter's graduation from FSU. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed the back deck in the mornings listening to and watching the surrounding nature. It was very peaceful and a beautiful way to start the day. We had excellent Communication with Sam and Maria with prompt responses of our inquiries. Sam and Maria's place is close enough to visit campus in a short drive and all of the restaurants...
