« This was a beautifully restored 1935 home. We had a wonderful time. The rental is the bottom floor of this house. There was no significant notice of upstairs renters who were there at the time. The home is very clean with no bugs. King bed is very comfortable. This is in an older section of town but very quiet and well kept. This appeared to be a safe area of town.This downstairs rental seem to have sole access to the front porch and the entire backyard with fire pit. We did not enjoy, but it...

As a home inspector, I appreciate the charm of original features like original wood flooring mixed with the addition of the primary bathroom.
