« Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable or secure stay. The unit was extremely HOT the entire time, day and night. I had my French Bulldog with me, and Frenchies are very sensitive to heat. He was panting constantly, and I was genuinely concerned about him. I would have relocated, but the city was extremely booked and I could not find another available place to stay. The floors were also noticeably dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, trash in the trash...

« Check in is very easy as they have a front desk staffed 24/7 - all of them are very friendly, know the names of all the residents, and help to make “hotel guests” feel very welcome. The room didn’t have a hair dryer when we arrived, but they brought one up no problem. The location is excellent and very walkable. The amenities (pool, fitness center, lounge) are all excellent. Great value for everything it included! »
