« Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The house smelled of dog and or cat pee the entire time we were there. Area rugs in the living room and entry way had multiple stains on them from dogs or cats peeing on them. The area under the rugs has never been cleaned. One of the beds had what appeared to be pee stains on it. Dishes in the cabinet that were suppose to be clean had dry food on them. Pans were dirty. « We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The house was very clean, well stocked with the essentials (and more) and very comfortable. The decor of the house is very nautical/fishing related and very well done. Our Boxer Pups enjoyed the fenced yard and appreciated being allowed to join us. The pull through driveway was very nice to park our boat and outdoor power receptacles allowed our trolling batteries to charge overnight. « Staying at Rock Haus was wonderful!Communication with the host Nick was excellent. Not only was basic info shared, Nicks gave us a lot of local recommendations for sites to see And restaurant choices. We wished we had stayed there one more night. »

« We were in town for a family reunion at Steinaker Lake. The house was a perfect location to the lake where the reunion took place and the rest of our family were camping. We spent the majority of the time at the lake but the house was a welcoming retreat and a comfortable sleeping accommodation. »
