« The check in was to get the key out of the lockbox and use the one on the counter. There wasn't one. Immediately the a/c worked downstairs but no air upstairs. Reached out to the host to let them know there was a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom. No one came out. But kept telling us they would. Bugs every where. That location should be taken down. « The home was exactly as pictured. Close to the mall and many stores and restaurants, within a 5 minute drive.I like that all the light switches are labeled and that there were some seasonings for cooking available. There was also a small charcoal grill which met are needs.The bedrooms were very welcoming and relaxing and I like how they all were separate from the main area with a door to the hallway. This people could go to bed and not hear noise of others.It was a great stay and we will be back...

« What a great house to spend time in a quiet neighborhood relaxing. We had all we needed and plenty of extras so we didn’t have to buy paper products or spices. The house was so clean and the checkout process was very easy. Communication was excellent and responses were quickly received. No problems at all and we would so stay here again. »

« The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance. »

« This home is exactly as described and pictured and worked out perfectly for 4 adults and two kids and a dog to stay in. The home is continently split into two halves, with the queen room and twin rooms on one side with a bathroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house. The owner is extremely responsive and immediately handled a minor situation that came up. This is a great place to stay and well appointed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. »

« The house was spacious, overall clean, and in a nice neighborhood. There are a few downsides; the neighbors would let their dogs out all hours day and night for long periods of time and all they did was bark. It made it very hard to relax. They also have quiet hours from 9p-8a which includes use of the hot tub. If you have children and would like to relax after you’ve put them to bed for the night those hours make it very difficult. »

« This was a very disappointing stay. The house was not as shown or described on the listing. The beds shown in the pictures were not the same beds at the house when we arrived. The beds shown are normal beds with headboards and mattresses, and they are described as "plush"...those offered within the home are like cots with metal frames and thin, uneven mattresses. The listing describes the kitchen as "fully equipped." Upon arrival, we discovered that the kitchen had 13 plates, but only 2...
