« This was a great house for our trip. We are a family with four kids, ranging from 2-16. We had family dinner on Thanksgiving, and we didn't feel cramped. We were closer to local family, and even closer to Downtown Fayetteville. The house is surrounded by a fence that we can secure, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the backyard, but it is huge also. The owners were easy to get in touch with and resolved the fewbissues we had. Overall a great home and will be at the top...

« The house was spacious, overall clean, and in a nice neighborhood. There are a few downsides; the neighbors would let their dogs out all hours day and night for long periods of time and all they did was bark. It made it very hard to relax. They also have quiet hours from 9p-8a which includes use of the hot tub. If you have children and would like to relax after you’ve put them to bed for the night those hours make it very difficult. »
