« The home was beautiful and much bigger than advertised. There was 13 acres to the property with a beautiful pond and boathouse. We were celebrating my granddaughter‘s birthday and my great granddaughter‘s birthday. There was a lot for the children to do however, there was a lot of personal items around, a great deal of our time was spent telling young kids don’t touch. There was old food left in the refrigerator that had expired. The trashcan hadn’t been emptied and was left in the garage. There...

« My family and I spent Thanksgiving with the cousin nearby and we needed overflow lodging. This place was beyond our expectations. It truly was a luxury experience and everyone had their own bed and bath and privacy and lots of space and lots of gathering time. We actually extended our stay by a day because it was so comfortable. »

« The outdoor pool and pavilion were awesome. Grilled out daily. Tv and sound system were great. Streamed football all weekend long »

« Ellen was so helpful and Quito respond. The property was so unique. Everyone in our family loved the house, the farm setting and walking down the mowed path. Absolutely would stay again. »

« Great stay in Troy. Easy to get in and the rooms/beds were very good. Did not realize there were two locations on the same property/house. It was ok, because there were not other tenants but it would have been weird. May consider an option to separate the rental better? »

« My friend got married at a family farm near Powhatan, and we couldn’t find a hotel that wasn’t 45 mins away. Then my girlfriend found this home and it literally made our little mini vacation. The owner is nice, and the horses are super friendly. Didn’t get to take advantage of the horseback riding, but if given just one more day, we for sure would have! »
