« Cette location est vraiment insalubre, nous avons passé 2 jours à faire le nettoyage autant les murs que les ventilateurs et autres. Nous avons dû nous procurer balai,moppe, chaudrons, verres etc.. il manque énormément de choses dans la cuisine ( une chance que nous avions apporté différents articles. Je ne recommande pas cette location »

« We've stayed at this property many times. It's well equipped, has room for at least 6 people at the high-top table in the kitchen, and a cozy living room. Easy walk to Washington Square, restaurants, bars and shops. The owner, Dave, is easy to work with and very kind. We'll be back! »

« Meg and John were excellent in responding to an issue regarding what I'll call "room readiness". They not only had the issue resolved within 2 hours but they also provided us with a 100 refund for "any inconvenience the issue caused". A pleasant surprise and very appreciated. »

« Very spacious and clean. Excellent location, close to everything, next to the boardwalk. Shared garage, 2 spots, one behind the other, plus one outside parking. Everything was there, except linens not included (we had to rent them). The only thing is we are asked not to adjust the temperature below 74, which is uncomfortable to sleep well. The rest was perfect. I recommend it. »

« Property location is great for walking around to major areas of town. The unit is on the third floor so prepare for several sets of stairs. Patio was enjoyed the most with a view of the water! The kitchen was slightly unorganized and cookware was scattered. Only a few forks available. Unfortunately the fridge stopped working and by the end of our stay our food was spoiled. We have tried getting in touch with host and Hopefully this can be resolved. »

« Lovely condo centrally located near the shops and many restaurants. It was the perfect location for what we were looking for on this trip. The large deck is amazing and would be a huge benefit in the warmer weather. There are many stairs to climb. It’s a good cardio workout but was challenging for my 85 year old mother. She knew in advance about the stairs so I give her credit for taking the challenge. No issues getting in touch with the owner. He is very prompt. »
