« One of the main issues was the driveway and the walkway access to the space. There was lots of accumulated snow on the driveway which was quite uneven and hazardous to negotiate, and was very icy at times. The driveway was tight with two sets of cars parked next to each other. The walkway from the front sidewalk also had snow and ice on the steps which was concerning.
