« From the moment we pulled into the driveway and saw the cabin it was beyond your expectations. The cabin was better than the pictures shown! It was so clean and immaculate! The decor was beautiful and you can tell a lot of time and effort was put into making this cabin perfect. There were so many amenities provided (robes, towels, laundry detergent, coffee bar and snack tray). Mike, our host was so friendly and took care of us! It was the perfect location to everything! « The Five Star Rating is for our host. It’s when things don’t go as planned, that good customer service is important. We had booked Frog Water for a family get-together with relatives traveling from several different places to gather for the holiday. When we arrived, we saw a heating service truck out front. After speaking with the service man, he informed us the heat could not be restored until after the weekend. So yes, we were disappointed, and we had to make last-minute arrangements....

The privacy was top notch, the views were beautiful from the hot tub to the front porch to the fire pit, the cabin provided everything we could have needed, & the location was perfect with privacy yet so close to head into town. The one and only unfortunate thing was the bed was far from comfortable. We will definitely be back! I bet the cabin stay in the fall is STUNNING. »
