« Highly recommend The Gums. Host Heather's communcation was great from the time we booked, prior to stay, during and upon leaving the premises. Lovely cosy, warm home. The weather was cold so the gas heater was a wonderful extra. The home has all amenities you need and more. Beds were cosy and very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely worth the money spent. »

« Fantastic stay and would highly recommend for anyone. Shops are downstairs and very close to all amenities. Close walking distance to the local river. Very clean and modern oh decorated. Well equiped kitchen and would stay again. »

« Spare blankets in cupboard was not recently washed and a few stains on white doona covers. Otherwise stunning unit with every amenity you would need for a very comfortable stay. So easy to check in and out with a code. »

« The property was absolutely immaculate and had more to offer than what we were expecting. So close to the shops and food venues. Very spacious and comfortable. Also aesthetically pleasing. Perfect for our weekend get away. Will stay again. »

« Property was a great place to say for a large group and price was reasonable based on the amount of people. Cleanliness inside property was great however on the outside place is covered in cobwebs and spiders. Rail on staircase more towards the top is loose we had elderly people stay so think this should be fixed Overall a great stay place to stay »

« Solo business traveler. The property was half price for one night so decided to stay. Overall, I was happy with the property for the price I paid. Obviously, I didn't need the space but it was nice to have. Not a fan of the toilet being next to laundry downstairs and the shower and beds being upstairs, but I that's the constraints that the owner had to work with. My main issue is that there were no cutting knives. Everything else seemed to be there. I text the mobile phone asking for cutting...

« This apartment is really nicely renovated with a really useful kitchen. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.It is located in the back of an 1950s office block that is quite run down, with no opening windows in 2 of the bedrooms and acess via the back alley wbich has smelly rubbish and not secure parking. »

« Very nice home in a quiet leafy established location. Well provisioned, coffee pod machine, ducted air con. Will definitely stay there again :) »

« Amazing cottage with the old part of the house kept looking grand and the new section connecting. House has most things except a bbq. No instructions left for how to use things including wifi, aircon etc. Bins were kept in the alley way behind the locked gate which made it hard to take rubbish out »
