« Place was fairly old but was very clean. Well supplied with essentials. My only complaint is that there was no place to hang clothes or a chest to put them in. Had to leave everything in our bags. But this isn't a deal breaker. Would stay here again. »

« Very cute property!! The only we had personally were the stairs to the room. Very steep and we were 65-70 yrs in age. We did not attempt the rooftop. If we had know beforehand we would have searched for a bottom unit. Otherwise it bead very nice and efficient!! Within walking distance to downtown! I would recommend this place! »

« Completely UnacceptableOur week-long stay at a Stevens Realty VRBO property in Lawton, Oklahoma was one of the worst rental experiences we have had. The water coming out of the faucets was BROWN. The internet did not work. We reported these issues and expected Stevens Realty to take them seriously and get them corrected. « It was good. There were no coffee cups for the coffee that was provided which as strange because people don’t generally travel with things like that. Other than that, a few more towels would have been nice being that it’s river property. »

« There was a bit of a hiccup in the check in process, but that was due to me not receiving the check in email. That was easily remedied through a short phone call though. The apartment was clean, and tidy. It worked well for our visit for family day and graduation. »

« The place was okay but the cleaner was still cleaning when we were supposed to check in 3 pm and she finished an hour later. Also was told the wifi was working but it was not.called the management they said they will fix but it was after we had left us »

« We enjoyed our stay, nice cold ac and we like the closeness to the shops and lake, however there was an box of empty beer cans and trash that was left under the kitchen cabinets by the refrigerator and what appeared to be a very little of what it looked to us as blood splatter right above the refrigerator on the wall. That little bit just made us a little nervous but we still liked it there. The weeds weren’t much to look at while sitting outside either but it was really clean. »

« Very cute and had everything we needed. Close to town and the base which was very convenient for us to visit my husband whenever we wanted or go out and about without having to travel far. Saved a ton of gas! Would stay again! Thank you! »

« Several outlets were broken/missing covers. The mattress was soiled and staind. A drawer fell and hit my wife's foot. The toilet was stained yellow. We ended up sleeping on the couch and checking out early. »
