« Best value and location in Naples, hands down! You can walk to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, which was huge for us. The house was fully stocked with beach toys and a beach wagon, which made everything really easy.Honestly, the house was a lot nicer than the photos—super clean, updated, and great curb appeal. The pool was massive and everything felt really well thought out and well stocked. You can tell the host takes a lot of pride in the property.The beds and linens were super comfortable....

« Excellent property- high end with everything from the bed linens to the drapery. We spent the entire week by the pool and spa and it was lovely. The hosts were extremely responsive to every need and question. The surrounding area was quiet and perfectly located to the beach and amazing restaurants. i also appreciated the amenities (native shampoo and conditioner). I would definitely return again. »

« What a wonderful house! The amenities were unbelievable. The kayaks and paddle boards made it even better! The house is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved the pool table and the dart board. The private pool was so great although there were lots of leaves in it and we tried to get them out but they often sunk to the bottom making it difficult to use the net to retrieve them. But it was great to have a pool.The house had everything we needed and more. Oh and the bikes were used by the young...

« Thanks to our host and property manager. My wife and I had a great time. We ate at a fancy restaurant CJ’s on the bay and also on the property, The Sunset Grill. Our view from the balcony was amazin, watching the young people play volleyball, and watching the sunset. On the beach we had use of the cart, the umbrella and beach chairs which were provided. My wife liked to drink her McDonalds Keurig coffee on the deck each morning. My wife asked me if we were thinking about getting a beachfront...

« Great host, great communication and very accommodating. House is packed with a lot of additionals such as bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, medicine etc - even though we brought our own it was great to know it was there in case of any emergencies. The property was also clean and beautiful. »

« The host was outstanding to work with. They supplied great information up front and responded quickly to any additional questions. The host had many beach items - chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc, for us to use at the beach. The house was fantastic for our family of 6. Very functional between the bedrooms, bathrooms, and many seating areas throughout. The pool was a hit with the family and fun to use anytime we weren’t at the beach. The host and house made for a great trip to Florida...
