« The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to Tin City, 5th Ave shops/restaurants, and the beach. The only improvement would be a better bed. It does bot have box spring and the mattress did not have much support. If it had a nice bed (an upgrade to a Queen with a boxspring and nice mattress) this would be a 5 star review. »

« The Coquina Sands property is so perfectly situated, 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to 3rd avenue shops and restaurants. Everything you would expect and WAY more is provided, including beach chairs, umbrella, a Yeti cooler bag and ice bags! The place was spotless. We booked both the Main House and Cottage C for 6 adults and it was perfect! »

« The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. »
