« The house was perfect for our stay. My family and I were very comfortable. My only tiny criticism is there was only one dish cloth and one dish towel. We enjoyed most of our meals at the house, so we used the kitchen quite a lot . I still give this home an excellent rating. I would recommend it and would happily book it again for future stays. « There were significant shortcomings for which we requested a partial refund - but have heard nothing, not even an apology. The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. The host's "solution" was to have the housekeeper hang a bag with a sheet on the front door handle the next day. There were minor omissions...
