« Property is as described. Was perfect location for visiting the dam and the hatchery. About 15 minutes from a store, so shop ahead. Communication with host was very little, but when we got there, there was a note that had a local number to call/text. We lost power during a brief night storm and that individual was quick to reply and so friendly - even checked on us twice! I think they are blasting a road in the mountain just below the home, so its a little noisy and is cutting out some of the...

« The cabin was clean and beautiful and convenient to the boat ramp. We loved it! Even the outside trash cans were clean! Cooking for 8 people in the evenings was easy since the kitchen was stocked with more than enough kitchen supplies. It was probably the best supplied rental we’ve ever stayed at. Great stay from start to finish. Zero problems and great communication from the host, Chris. Thankful for the first aid kit too. We will likely book this again next year. »

« We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. The host was great at communication and went above and beyond. Truly a little slice of heaven. If bass master comes back to Dale hallow next year. We will be back! Thank you for having us! »

« Everything about this stay was excellent. The check-in process was seamless and the host was easy to reach and extremely attentive to any needs or questions. The home was exactly as the pictures showed. We felt as if we were coming home to our Grandmas. There was even a cake waiting for us when we arrived! »

« We have a a great time staying at the property, which was just as advertised. An incredible view was background for laughs, meals, shared together, and new memories for our group of friends. Could not have asked for more from either the property nor the host. »

« We loved staying here, and felt quite comfortable in the space. It was clean and offered a huge kitchen that was very well stocked which made it easy for us to make large family meals each day. The beds were comfortable and a favorite was the large wraparound deck! »

« We had a wonderful stay at the River Breeze! We had everything we needed in the house and we enjoyed playing in the creek and exploring the property each afternoon. Great location close to town and also secluded and private. We will definitely be back for another visit soon! »

« This house was wonderful for a large family. Plenty of room and very clean. Will stay here again. »

« Great location that is close to Sunset Marina. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice gas grill. We enjoyed both the covered front and back porches. The grandkids loved the pool. It was shaded in the morning and late afternoon which was so nice! The home is very clean and comfortable! »

« We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability. »
