« The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college....

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish—quick responses and clear instructions made everything easy. The home itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, and it was incredibly convenient for all our activities at Penn State. We’d happily stay here again. »

« The place is very cozy and spacious. The host did everything to make it easy and comfortable for us. It was a quick 20 minute walk to many places to have dinner. The bedroom was a bit hot compared to the rest of the apartment, most likely because it is on the second floor. »

We bring travel, blackout shades for our kids, but it was so nice to not have to put them up, especially the hospital That does produce a lot of outside light »
