Comté de Clay - Nos plus belles villas de location

« Beautiful property. However the beds had not been changed. So we were expected to sleep on dirty bedding. Which we opted to sleep on the couch instead, for the whole 4 days. The property manager(s) were not available for not one issue we experienced. I constantly had to contact Expedia, and they were unsuccessful reaching them as well. There was construction going on in the driveway and outside of the house. Should not have even rented the home during that time. It was noisy and annoying. The...

« The biggest problem from the start is this. Online the place is listed as a one bedroom. This unit is a studio. Had I known it was a studio I would not have booked it, simple as that. It was clean, the kitchen was fine, the bathroom was fine. The "outdoor space" is not enclosed, useless for pets. There is an outdoor shower but one of the units has a Florida room that overlooks it so I wasn't going to put on a show. This unit had a beach umbrella, it's broken. The A/C unit sits low in the wall...

« This property was perfect for our needs and within a short walk to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the host was super helpful when we needed to extend our stay for an extra night. We look forward to staying again soon. »

« The condo is absolutely beautiful and so close to anything you want to do in Ponte Verde. Plenty of golf courses nearby to play, shopping and dining just a few blocks away. The owners are amazing and so helpful and responsive to any questions. They left snacks and drinks for us to enjoy and made us feel welcome and right at home. We will definitely be going back and we look forward to spending time there again!! This condo is an easy 10/10!!! »

« Great place to stay. »

« Phil was very prompt with all communication, which made our check in and stay very smooth. The condo was even nicer than the photos. We loved the location and appreciated having a clean and comfortable place to stay while in town for a family gathering and graduation. »

« Only one block from the beach with plenty of parking. Very clean unit and two very nice bedrooms. Perfect for a holiday spot, and convenient to lots of restaurants. Property manager was very communicative and instructions for access were spot on. Would highly recommend. »

« The house is not really well maintained. The back sliding door doesn't lock; so a wooden board was used to lock it. We had to replace a shower curtain; because it was too dirty to even clean. Not really a vacation spot. We needed the house simply to visit family in the area. The owner is nice enough; and even agreed to credit us funds for our inconvenience. »
