It was perfect for our large group — plenty of space, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and lots of gathering areas for meals and hangouts. The beds were super comfy, and everything was clean and high-quality. The house was also accessible for Grandma, which made a big difference. « Tyson made himself available for any questions and comments. We were there for a family Celebration of life. The pool was a big hit for my children and grandchildren. »

« We thought the cottage was delightful and perfect for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and patio area. We used the docks for tie up during the day and swam off of one of the boating docks when the Methodist camp kiddos were using the swim area for their activities. »

« Really awesome place! Checking in was really easy and the amenities were great. The backyard was very scenic and relaxing. A family of deer took a walk through the yard each day. The whole house was very cozy and had a really nice cabin feel to it. 10/10 would stay again! »

« Very well maintained, water preasure could have been a little better. Using 2 bathrooms dropped the pressure a lot, access to the lake was very good too, could use 2 garbage dumpsters got to be very over full, overall great place to stay »

« we booked 3 rooms for us/kids/grandkids so we could enjoy a quick trip to experience Okoboji. the accommodations were great - easy access to each other for shared fun but also separation for sleeping. will definitely consider staying again! »
