« Everything was super! It was very cozy, and the fact that the place had dishes and a mini kitchen area was great. Great neighborhood too. Kyle was very helpful and kind. »

« Had to walk to my car. Car parking is off site several blocks. Good thing it was not raining. We stayed there 3 days. If you suffer from knee pain, to get to the room you must go up stairs. That was the worst. I did not read anything online indicating rooms were upstairs. The room had a funky smell when we arrived. When the window a/c was turned on, the smell was nasty. Eventually the smell subsided or we just got accustomed to it. Did see a small roach crawling on the inside of the door to...

« The property was very cozy and clean. My kids loved sleeping on the beds in the loft. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice showers. We enjoyed how the location was tucked away but still close enough to local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends for their stays in the Orange Park area! »
