« Cute garage apartment less than a 15 minute walk to historic area down pretty residential streets. Small efficiency kitchen with full size microwave, fridge and stove. No dishwasher but, we didn’t really use kitchen so, it was fine. This apartment is above a dettached garage to the left of house. You enter thru a gate between garage and house a the stairs are right there. Someone mentioned a dark hallway in a review but, everything was easy access and well lit so I’m not sure what they were...

« We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. « We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever.
