« Lovely, comfortable space and very clean. The efforts that went into creating this little gem are evident. Quiet neighborhood but short distance to stores, restaurants, etc. It was so nice to have staples stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. « Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. »

« Came down with Adult Siblings to attend Great Nephew’s Wedding at Tuckers Farm. Other Family members stayed in another close VRBO. Julie’s Guest Cottage was spot on as advertised. Property was so beautiful and peaceful. The Guest Cottage was spotless and had all the amenities one could ask for. Julie is an amazing and graceful host! »

« We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. The little yard is fenced in so it was nice to have a private area to let our dog off her leash and the neighborhood was quiet to walk her if needed. It’s a very dog friendly rental! « We were scheduled to be in this property for a few days as we were under mandatory evacuation orders. We were taken aback as the vintage cottage. The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever.
