« Beautiful little lake cabin that was well furnished with accommodating host. Fishing was good at the lake also. »

« Clean room, amply supplied, nice and quiet, safe. Host responded quickly when we got lost due to GPS confusion. If I may make a constructive suggestion, please add knobs or pulls to the cabinet draws and cabinets. I have arthritic hands and had to use a plastic knife to open them. May not apply to everyone but it sure would help old people like me. Thank you for your excellent hosting. »

« It's a very cute property. Unfortunately we had some problems during our stay. I couldn't locate a code to access the property - Amber responded quickly with a code to get us in. Not sure if I got it already and misplaced it but it was no big deal since she responded almost immediately. Once we gained entry we quickly became aware that the smoke alarm had an issue as the one in the bedroom with the bunk beds chirped every few minutes. There was also an unpleasant odor in the house, I messaged...

« The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space. »

« Property was as described; boat dock is sturdy with plenty of room on both sides for additional boats. The additional refrigerator in the shop is a plus for drinks and bagged ice for the coolers. I should have paid more attention to the listing as there is no dishwasher but that is on me and we all chipped in to keep things hand washed. Hosts were prompt to respond to texts. Plenty of room and comfy beds for everyone and all the neighbors were friendly but not overbearing. »

« Pros; The staff were polite and friendly. It was close to the water and quiet. Food in the lounge was good.Cons: It did not look like the pictures at all. There was no check in instructions left before we arrived. We opened the cabing and it smelled extremely musty!! It had spiderwebs all over the front of the entrance. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and the AC barely worked so they provided a floor model as well. Problem was that it put out warm air on the side as well. So...
