« Very new and clean building and unit. Easy parking. The unit is second floor up stairs. Pet friendly. Eldon was very responsive to questions and accommodating. The area is quiet yet there is pizzeria, cafe, deli, sports bar all in same block. Dilworth is about 10-15 min from downtown Fargo. »

« The penthouse is in a perfect location to spend some time exploring downtown Fargo where there are many restaurants and shops to explore. The rooftop hot tube was very nice after a day shopping. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would stay here again. »

« Communication and check in was great. Reached out a couple of times to host and he was quick and responsive. Very close to downtown and great options for walking and food. Sleeping arrangements are tight and low on privacy, but perfect for a close knit family. And overall space was used well with space to hang out separate from sleeping area. »

« Property was misrepresented in so many ways. First three photos show a pool and hot tub. Neither have been there for over 2 years. Listed as handicap accessible and even verified when I called. Nothing was handicap ready. All other places booked »

« Stayed at many locations in the united states. This is hands down the best home for a family/friends/ or even a solo traveler.The host is wonderful and very communicated amazingly. I would make this spot a once a year stay !! »
