« My husband and I stayed at this property for a wedding Memorial Day weekend. The place was comfortable cozy and close! We had an issue with the booking and day of the arrival that was dealt with promptly and professional with the owner. Communication was terrific to navigate this miscommunication and the owner made sure that we were able to attend all of the wedding events without compromise. He even offered to allowed us a late check out that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this...

« We absolutely loved this property except for the fact that it was only clean on the surface. Nothing was clean under/behind anything. I understand that nothing is perfect, but we found dirty socks from a previous stay in the closet that had clearly not been swept out. Under the beds and under the couch had a lot of debris and the couch needed a good vacuuming. « Pros- close to activities, cute home, large outdoor area, supplied coffee & variety of shower soaps. Great water pressure in shower. Fire pit was nice, need to take kindling. Bathrobes provided. Cons- stairs are treacherous. Railing is not attached properly. Weeds are taking over property. Walkway is hard to walk on. AC unit works but VERY loud right beside bed. We were only allowed 1 towel & 1 washcloth for 3 night stay. I asked for more, was told no. Had to sweep patio and clean outdoor...

« Excellent!! We had. Wonderful week at the log cabin. The location was perfectly suited -isolated but close by driving to all the places we wanted to go, including Harper’s ferry historic town. The cabin itself is just great. Spacious, clean with all the amenities with big kitchen and livivg room. We would surely love to be back next time and absolutely recommend this place. »
