« Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. « Great place! Everything we needed, and not too far from town when we needed to go in. The host was attentive, and the house was well stocked with kitchen stuff, etc. »

« Nice clean cabin, we loved feeling like we were in the woods and the screened porch was great for playing cards in the evening. The driveway was a little tricky having a large trailer. Overall it was a great stay. »

« A nice place. We loved the open kitchen, dining, and living space. We enjoyed the perfect weather grilling, playing yard games, and chilling on the porches. The feel small with the big double sized bunk beds, but the bunk beds are good. »

« Great price for rooms and extremely clean. Amenities were nice to be close to for a bar/food and a cute coffee shop. The property didn’t list in vrbo that it did have a mini fridge, coffee pot and toaster and the property is very well updated. Extremely convenient parking for ATVs. We will absolutely share this little resort property to everyone that will be visiting that area. « We had a great stay. The multi-level deck and spacious interior was perfect entertaining our friends and family. The host was responsive to all communications and very curtious. « The cabin was very cute and clean, well furnished and the layout was perfect! We appreciated the toaster and coffee maker for breakfast. We spent the majority of our time on the UTV trails. The location of the cabin was great for trail access. There was plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and trailers. We would definitely recommend for small group or families.The only negative was the creaky floor in the loft. »
