« Excellent accommodation and host. The pool was a blast - the kids of the group spent many hours in the pool - we appreciated all the pool floaties (and the waterslide)! Abundance is a key word for this property. No shortage of toiletries, paper goods, cookware, pantry items (like salt & pepper, etc.), coffee options (!), blankets (many - and so soft), and the like. « Property lioks amazing, customer service is non existent. Not given what was booked. Customer service representative was sarcastic and rude. Spoke with manager, assured it would be taking care of and moved to correct accommodations as soon aa they became available. "A while black was hit with maintainance issues." The smaller cabins we were given had dirty laundry all throughout and 3 bags of laundry on front porch. The unit smelled like burning electrical components when the AC unit was turned...

« The cottage was exactly as pictured. Ie was clean and had everything we needed. Heidi was great at communicating and answering our questions. The location is perfect; it is an easy in & out to Silver Dollar City using the Lot 5 Lake parking area. It is also an easy drive to Branson and Table Rock dam. »

« Condo was dirty and needs maintenance. The kitchen fluorescent light had so many bugs on the plastic I had to remove the plastic and clean it. Missing trim in kitchen, door hardware missing causing doors to not stay shut, extremely dusty, fireplace didn’t work, not working light bulbs, stains on tubs, missing pieces on dish washer, dishes and silverware were dirty. Some paper work said enjoy the treats we left, but didn’t leave any treats lol »

« Overall, our stay was nice. The space could have been a little cleaner, but wasn't bad. The two main issues we found was that, first, the vanity sink had a huge clog we had to fix before we could really use the sink, and, second, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or a window, so we had to be a little strategic about when we could use the restroom so the apartment didn't get stinky... »
