« We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The cosy Granny flat is situated in a quiet place. It was lovely seeing & listening to the birds. There are local amenities.The host & her son, were both very friendly and helpful.There's so much to see & do; Beaches, Yanchep National Park, Wanneroo Botanic Gardens/Mini Golf & Glow Golf, The Pinnacles, etc. We did a return journey from Butler Station to Perth city. « Minus10 stars. I was expecting a BNB (although I have never stayed in one before). No air conditioning, No private TV, one in the lounge area (?), broken power cord not working, no chairs. The house had; I think seven bedrooms all appeared to be occupied by either FIFO's or students. One bathroom between all. On the second day, the bathroom was unusable because it was being painted. There was a sign that was not there when I left in the morning, saying that guests could use the owners bathroom...
